Step 2 - Choice of offshore jurisdiction. It is important that the chosen jurisdiction will meet all needs and requirements. The ideal option that meets all the necessary parameters to the smallest detail will be chosen.
Step 3 - Choosing a name for the company. Taking into account all your personal wishes, we will certainly make sure that the name will comply with all accepted standards and will be absolutely unique.
Step 4 - Preparation of documentation. You will need the identity cards of the beneficiaries, shareholders and all company managers. We will deal with all other required documents. The list of required documents will depend on the selected offshore zone, on the type of company and type of its activity, as well as on a number of other standard aspects.
Step 5 - Registration of the company and its legal address. You can submit the documents to the state authorities yourself, or you can leave it to us. The term for consideration of documents with rare exceptions will take about one month.
Step 6 - Optionally, after opening the company itself, we will help you to open bank accounts and we will teach you how to transfer funds to these accounts and withdraw them. We will also be able to discuss all further support in servicing the company in the long term.
